Our meticulous house cleaning services put Cinderella to shame, giving you more free time — and more sparkle. Here’s how our process works:
- Submit a Quote Request: First, you have the option to choose an over the phone or in-home estimate. Filling out an estimate request form is a great way for us to have all your basic information in one place.
- Follow-Up: Once we receive your estimate request form, Christina, an estimator or a sales associate will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours.
- Virtual/Phone Estimate: We are leaning toward virtual estimates since the pandemic, we are relying heavily on over the phone estimates and may ask you to send us a short video or several photos to assist with our estimating process. Over the phone estimates usually take around 30 mins to get a sense of the space and align expectations.
- Estimate Approval: Shortly after the in-house or over the phone estimate, you will receive a copy of our service agreement, cleaning checklist, as well as the pricing/estimate. We ask that you “approve” the estimate before we move on to scheduling.
- Schedule Service: Once we receive your approval, we’ll get your cleaning services over to the scheduling team. Please note that at certain times throughout the year, our waitlist could be as long as 4-6 weeks, other times we are able to make things happen much more quickly. Often times because our schedule is so full, we have to be mindful of the location so we are not driving all over and reduce drive times which allows the proper time needed to clean. Once we get the initial clean, we will look to get you set up on the same day/time/team and put that on a repeat. Yes! We strive to give you the same team at every clean!

Now that we’ve discussed the process, here’s what you can expect from your home cleaning services:
- Meticulous attention to detail — Our co-owner Christina Garten has assembled classic cleaning techniques she learned from her many years of experience and taking the Housecleaning Technician Certificate Course and takes them to the team. Ask about our techniques! (We’d hate to bore you. Unless you enjoy nerding out on the science of cleaning. Just enjoy the results, OK?)
- Top-to-bottom cleaning, the old-fashioned way — Our employees scrub toilets by hand and clean floors on their hands and knees to ensure everything sparkles.
- Blinds and baseboards and more — Depending on your home cleaning schedule, we rotate some items on our list from week to week, cleaning blinds on one visit and baseboards on the next so no area is neglected.
- Superior customer service — If for some reason our services don’t meet your expectations, we’ll come back and re-clean, usually within 24 hours.

Not ready to commit to an ongoing service schedule or have a special situation? Christina’s Complete Clean also offers the following options:
Looking for a one time clean or need something done more immediately? We can usually make that happen! We do require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure a spot on the schedule. These services are typically booked at night or during the weekend, as not to disrupt our normal process in the Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.
